Senior Data Analyst

We are hiring an experienced data professional to support the delivery of scalable analytics solutions and high-impact reporting. This role will play a key part in shaping how data is structured, visualised, and leveraged across the business, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders.

The position is with our client, who is a consultancy, looking for someone to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be a hybrid position with a requirement to be onsite 3 days a week.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline
• Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI, Domo, and dashboard development
• Proven experience designing and managing ETL workflows and data pipelines
• Solid experience with data integration and transformation techniques
• Strong ability to structure and refine raw data for reporting purposes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience producing clear documentation, including SOPs

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced reporting solutions using leading business intelligence platforms (including Power BI and Domo)
• Design, implement, and optimise data pipelines, including ETL processes
• Integrate data from multiple systems and ensure consistency across sources
• Perform data preparation, cleansing, and transformation to support accurate analysis
• Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Create, update, and manage process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting, data quality, and analytics workflows
