We are looking for a SaaS Sales Specialist for one of our client which is giving service in AI technology.
You will play a key role in expanding our presence in Italian speaking markets, managing the full sales cycle — from outreach to closing deals.
This role requires entrepreneurial energy, a growth mindset, and the ability to work independently while acting as part of a high-performance global team.
What You’ll DoIdentify and qualify new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns
Present product demos and manage the end-to-end sales process
Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads, partners, and clients
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategy
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM data and report sales performance
RequirementsExcellent command of Italian (C1–C2 level) — both written and spoken
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a startup or AI tech environment
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple markets and time zones
