Network Engineer

🚀 Hiring: Network Engineer (Cisco) – Dutch speaker

📍 Location: Groningen, Netherlands

⏳ Duration: 6 months (extendable)

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer (Cisco) to join our client’s dynamic network team in Groningen.

If you have strong experience in routing & switching and enjoy working on both operations and projects, this role is for you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support campus network infrastructure (Cisco environment)
• Troubleshoot network issues and handle RFCs
• Automate network functionalities using cloud pipelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Participate in on-call (24×7) support rotation
• Contribute to ongoing network projects

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in routing & switching
• Cisco CCNP Enterprise certification (ENARSI is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in Dutch & English
• Team-oriented mindset

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Experience with Cisco Wireless, ISE, SD-WAN, Cyber Vision
• Knowledge of industrial switching & Grafana

🚗 Additional Requirements:

• Driving license (B) & own transport
• Based within 45 minutes of Groningen
