About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior iOS Developer to join our team and make a significant impact on our native applications. You will work within a highly modularized multi‑brand automotive ecosystem, powering core functionalities across several major automotive brands, including Volkswagen, Škoda, and Audi.

As part of the iOS platform team, you will help shape scalable, maintainable, and high‑performance features built on SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, and a strictly modular SPM‑based architecture.

What You Can Expect

Feature Development: Design, implement, and maintain modular features within the environment using Swift Package Manager.

Architecture & Scalability: Build solutions following Clean Architecture and MVI (Model‑View‑Intent) principles — ensuring strict separation between Domain, Data, API, and UI layers.

Multi‑Brand Development: Work within a multi‑module setup separating core Base logic from brand‑specific UI implementations.

Modern UI: Create beautiful, declarative UIs exclusively using SwiftUI, aligned with each brand’s design system.

Concurrency & Performance: Write thread‑safe, asynchronous code using Swift Concurrency (async/await, Actors, MainActor isolation) and contribute to adoption of Strict Concurrency in Swift 6.

Code Quality & Testing: Deliver clean, testable code with strong coverage using XCTest and Point‑Free’s SnapshotTesting.

Collaboration & Workflow: Participate in code reviews, collaborate across platform teams, and work within Jira‑based PR workflows following strict branching conventions.

What You Bring Along

Language: Expert‑level knowledge of Swift (5.10 / 6).

UI Framework: Proficiency in SwiftUI for declarative, responsive UI development.

Architecture Pattern: Hands‑on experience with MVI, MVVM, or TCA‑style state management.

Concurrency: Deep experience with Swift Concurrency (async/await, Task, Actors).

Dependency Injection: Practical experience with Factory (FactoryKit) or similar DI frameworks (e.g., Swinject).

Networking: Familiarity with CATNetworking and layered API integration.

Modularization: Proven experience working in deeply multi‑module, SPM‑based iOS codebases with clear dependency boundaries and shared internal modules.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You understand architectural boundaries — differentiating Domain, Data, and UI layers while maintaining clear abstractions.

You have a strong testing mindset and consistently write unit tests and snapshot tests for ViewModels, Use Cases, and UI modules.

You care deeply about code clarity, maintainability, and creating smooth, performant user experiences.

You are comfortable diving into internal frameworks and contributing to the core iOS architecture.

Bonus Points

Experience within the automotive or connected vehicle software ecosystem.

Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Android‑iOS synchronization workflows.

Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines and integrating build/test automation for modular iOS projects.
