We’ve led large-scale projects across more than 20 countries on five continents. Today, our focus is on building AI-powered tools for both quantitative and qualitative research—empowering teams to extract deeper insights, faster and with less friction. Whether refining existing products or launching new ones, we’re committed to making research accessible, scalable, and impactful.
Excited to grow? We’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist (Onboarding & Delivery, mid-level) to become part of our Bucharest-based team.
This is a hybrid Product Manager / Requirements Analyst role focused on turning business needs, research workflows, and AI capabilities into clear, buildable product features.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and CTO, acting as the bridge between business, users, and engineering. A key part of the role is thinking in terms of AI capabilities first, not just traditional product flows.
Own Product Requirements
- Gather and structure requirements from internal stakeholders and clients
- Translate ideas into clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Bridge Business & Engineering
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and trade-offs
- Ensure features are well understood before development starts
- Act as the go-to person for product-related questions during delivery
Shape an AI-First Product
- Define product features with AI as a core building block (not an add-on)
- Identify where AI can replace, augment, or automate workflows
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap with an AI-first perspective
Design AI-Driven Features
- Specify behavior for AI-powered features (e.g., synthetic personas, automated analysis, intelligent survey flows)
- Think through edge cases, failure modes, and evaluation criteria for LLM outputs
- Collaborate closely with engineers and prompt engineers on iteration and refinement
User & Domain Understanding
- Understand research workflows (qualitative & quantitative)
- Represent the user’s perspective in product decisions
- Continuously refine features based on feedback and usage
Delivery & Quality
- Ensure features meet requirements and are delivered as expected
- Work with QA to validate functionality and edge cases
- Help improve product processes and documentation
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Requirements Analyst in a software environment
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams
- Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile, iterative delivery)
Critical Requirement: AI/LLM Experience
- Strong, practical familiarity with AI/LLMs and how they are used in real products
- Ability to think in terms of AI-native workflows, not just traditional UI flows
- Understanding of prompting, iteration, limitations, and evaluation of AI outputs
- Comfort working on products where behavior is probabilistic, not deterministic
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and structured
- Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or survey/research tools
- Experience working with prompt engineers or defining AI workflows at scale
- Technical background or ability to understand system constraints
Profile We Value
You are a modern product thinker who naturally approaches problems with an AI-first mindset. You don’t just document requirements—you rethink workflows in terms of automation, agents, and intelligent systems.
You’re comfortable with ambiguity, understand that AI systems behave differently from traditional software, and can help the team navigate that complexity while still shipping practical, valuable features.
