UX/UI Designer - Software Applications

We are looking for a new colleague to join us.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree;
• 2-4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (preferably on software / web applications, not only in marketing websites);
• Solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process (research → wireframes → UI → final product);
• Proficiency in Figma or related;
• Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, and usability & accessibility principles;
• Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs;
• Good visual design skills (layout, typography, spacing, color usage);
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces;
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams;
• Strong communication skills;
• Attention to detail + ability to iterate based on feedback.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing for complex systems (ERP, CRM, DMS, SaaS, admin panels);
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS;
• Experience with design systems / component libraries;
• Familiarity with usability testing or user interviews;
• Experience working with developers & business analysts;
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

As a UX/UI Designer in Integrisoft, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for software applications;
• Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes for new features;
• Turn business & technical requirements into clear UX/UI solutions;
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders;
• Maintain consistency across the product (design system, patterns);
• Iterate based on feedback, testing, and real user needs.
• Deliver design specs and assets ready for development
