To thrive in the role of Accounting Assistant at BioLamina, we believe you are currently studying finance/accounting or have recently graduated, with a strong interest in accounting. You have a basic understanding of bookkeeping and a willingness to learn and grow, even if your practical experience is limited.

In this role, you will work with day-to-day accounting tasks and support both internal and external financial reporting related to BioLamina’s operations. You will be part of a dedicated team where you will have the opportunity to develop, take responsibility, and gradually build your expertise in accounting.

  • Monitor invoice payments and act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding basic finance-related matters

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in finance/accounting (ongoing or completed)
  • Experience in accounting is considered a plus, as it will help you quickly adapt to the role
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and structured individual who enjoys working in a team while also being comfortable driving their own work independently. You are focused and have a “nothing is impossible” mindset.

As the role involves many points of contact, it is important that you enjoy collaborating with others and communicate in a responsive and flexible manner. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy working in a company driven by continuous improvement.
