🎮 About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer for a leading global gaming company to help build and scale cloud infrastructure powering millions of users worldwide.

You’ll work on a high-performance platform supporting large-scale, real-time applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless deployment of services.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to deploy services on GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) using standardized frameworks
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform & Crossplane
• Design and support systems handling high traffic and distributed workloads
• Manage cloud networking (VPC, Load Balancing, VPN, BGP, Kubernetes networking)
• Work with service mesh technologies like Istio
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Atlantis
• Ensure security, compliance, and system resilience
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership

🔧 Required Skills

• Strong experience with GCP & Kubernetes (GKE)
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD & GitOps tools
• Deep understanding of cloud networking concepts
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and zero-trust architectures
• Experience working with distributed, high-scale systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in the gaming industry (Although important)
• Exposure to large-scale, real-time platforms
