JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our eConnect team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both frontend and backend development, with strong proficiency in modern web technologies. You will be involved in designing and developing scalable solutions used in hospital integrations and medical device communication. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design, build, and maintain backend and frontend components. 
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of systems. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features. 
• Identify and fix bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues. 
• Maintain code quality, testing practices, and documentation. 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum 2 years of full stack development experience. 
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. 
• Strong backend skills in Node.js and Java. 
• Experience with React for frontend development. 
• Familiarity with Linux systems and development workflows. 
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems. 
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern web architectures. 
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services. 
• Experience working with Nginx as a reverse proxy or web server. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like TeamCity. 

NICE TO HAVE 

• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases. 
• Exposure to containerization tools (e.g., Docker). 
• Familiarity with message queues, microservices, or HL7/FHIR integrations. 
• Interest in healthcare or IoT-related systems. 

Work Arrangement:

Ceiba embraces a hybrid work structure that combines office collaboration with flexibility. Fully remote work is not available for this role.
