Product Designer

It is an AI-powered, one-stop financial platform that enables individuals to make informed financial decisions by providing seamless access to the most competitive banking and financial products — including loans, credit cards, deposit options, electronic money solutions, open banking, and investment products — all within a single platform.

Powered by AI-driven, real-time data and insights, Hesap delivers personalized financial recommendations through an integrated network of financial institutions, ensuring a transparent, efficient, and superior user experience.

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. To build a best-in-class fintech platform, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

What will you do when you join us?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to gather insights.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation.

• Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across products.

• Advocate for best UX/UI practices while balancing business and technical constraints.

• Stay updated with design trends and continuously improve design processes.

What do we expect from you?

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, problem-solving ability, and user[1]centered thinking.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.

• Experience in prototyping, wireframing, and user research methodologies.

• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech industry.

• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
