MobilDeniz Business Analyst (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Business Analyst to drive the success of our mobile application projects by aligning business needs with technical execution. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of user experience, business strategy, and mobile technology.

As mobile platforms are at the heart of our digital ecosystem, a strong focus on mobile-specific UX principles and end-user needs is critical. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders-from product managers and UX/UI designers to developers, QA teams, security teams and business owners-to ensure our mobile solutions are seamless, user-friendly, and business-aligned.

Your contributions will help shape the mobile roadmap, guide design decisions, and deliver high-impact digital experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on mobile applications
• Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android), including platform-specific design constraints and UX standards
• Experience creating detailed user stories, business rules, and process documentation tailored for mobile products
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and good team player.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements specifically for mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, developers, QA, and business units
• Conduct process analysis, create user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria with a strong UX-driven approach
• Create and maintain detailed Confluence documentation for product and process flows within Jira
• Offer actionable recommendations to enhance the mobile user experience
• Contribute to the creation of test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure alignment with user expectations
• Oversee mobile release processes, including app store submissions and market readiness checks
• Stay up to date on mobile technology trends, competitor movements, and evolving user behaviors, and bring strategic insight to the team.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience working directly with UX/UI teams on mobile design
• Familiarity with technical aspects of mobile development and API integration
• Professional certifications such as PSPO, PSM I, or equivalent
• Experience in enterprise-level mobile transformation or complex digital ecosystems
