Founded in 2014, Param became Turkey's first licensed electronic money institution by obtaining a license from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK). Together with its group companies, Param offers comprehensive financial technology solutions, including electronic money, prepaid cards, physical, virtual, and mobile POS systems, e-wallets, issuing, acquiring, processing, BNPL, online collections, and open banking, serving both individual and corporate customers.

Having raised investment in its first funding round, with participation from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), CEECAT Capital, Alpha Associates, and Revo Capital, Param is advancing its European growth journey, expanding its presence across key markets and reinforcing its pioneering role in the sector.

We are looking for a team member who will prepare management and operational dashboards using Power BI and similar tools, design data flows, and develop AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate will understand company-wide data needs and deliver end-to-end data solutions for departments such as Finance, HR, and Operations, with the ability to understand and apply coding and AI processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant undergraduate programs,
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in SQL and data analysis,
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools,
• Ability to develop data integration and automation processes using Python or similar tools,
• Ability to understand and apply AI-assisted code generation,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to communicate with different departments and understand their data needs.

Responsibilities;

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI,
• Design and manage data flows for dashboard and reporting needs,
• Understand and implement AI-powered data projects,
• Develop data integration and automation processes using Python or similar tools,
• Automate mailing and reporting processes,
• Improve data quality and continuously enhance data processes,
• Optimize dashboards and reports in collaboration with business units.
