The Opportunity
As an Experienced Recruiting Coordinator, you'll have responsibilities supporting recruiters in full-cycle recruitment. You'll play a key role in coordinating office visits, managing candidate communication, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding for our new hires. As part of a high-performing team, you'll help build our recruiting brand and execute our recruitment strategy. Our Experienced Recruiters will look to you to help develop and implement strategy and streamline processes. Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all aspects of candidate office visits in various locations, including communication, scheduling, and ensuring on-site support availability
- Preparing key recruitment packages for senior leadership
- Researching and coordinating internal and external events for recruitment
- Serving as a liaison with key internal groups on behalf of the recruitment team
- Making process change recommendations and sharing knowledge of best practices to ensure operational excellence
- Providing analytical data to support hiring, retention, and diversity and inclusiveness initiatives
- Managing candidate information through various applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Collaborating with various internal groups to gather appropriate information for offers
- Assisting with onboarding of new hires, including validating I-9 documentation and collecting new hire paperwork
- Providing recruiting support to Experienced Recruiters and Hiring Managers across the United States
- Providing recommendations to achieve operational excellence
Skills and Attributes for Success
You'll have the ability to foster and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Your strong data and analytical skills, along with a keen eye for detail, will be key in managing a large volume of data. You'll need to be agile in adapting to the ever-changing work environment and priorities in the recruitment space.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
- Experience working with professionals in various office locations
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership regarding confidential recruitment information
- Ability to research recruitment developments and maintain professional knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Experience working in various applicant tracking systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of one to three years of related work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Working knowledge of current recruitment/hiring laws and practices
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Strong reporting and data analytical skills
