Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy LLM‑powered applications such as AI assistants, chatbots, and knowledge‑based systems. The role focuses on production‑grade Generative AI, not research only.

You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure GenAI solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for document and knowledge search
• Implement prompt engineering and context‑management strategies
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems via APIs and tools
• Work with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval
• Deploy and monitor GenAI solutions in production environments
• Evaluate model performance, reduce hallucinations, and ensure output quality
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on AI use cases and architecture

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as an AI / ML Engineer, with hands‑on GenAI experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Solid experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Hands‑on experience with RAG architectures
• Experience with prompt engineering
• Experience using frameworks such as LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Familiarity with API development and system integration
• Experience deploying AI solutions using Docker / Cloud platforms

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agents / agentic workflows
• Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or similar cloud AI services
• Background in government or large‑scale enterprise systems
