This is a hybrid role where you’ll play a key part in product delivery — guiding Agile practices and diving deep into business requirements to ensure we build solutions that truly meet customer needs.

🔧 What You’ll Do

🌟 Agile Facilitation & Team Collaboration

• Champion Agile values and Scrum principles
• Lead Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives
• Maintain a healthy backlog and well-defined user stories
• Partner closely with Product Managers to align priorities

💡 Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and requirements
• Translate needs into clear user stories with strong acceptance criteria
• Create supporting artefacts like process flows, wireframes, or user journeys
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams

🤝 Team Support & Agile Coaching

• Foster a self-organizing, empowered team environment
• Identify and remove impediments proactively
• Coach teams on Agile best practices
• Build a culture of trust, feedback, and learning

🔁 Continuous Improvement

• Drive impactful retrospectives
• Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
• Encourage innovation and experimentation
• Stay current with evolving Agile practices

🎯 What You Bring

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile lead
• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of SDLC and software development concepts
• Certifications like CSM, PSM, CBAP, or PMI-PBA are a plus

• Experience in scaled Agile environments
• Exposure to TDD, BDD, DevOps practices
• Background in FinTech, CommTech, or SaaS
