Project Manager

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of approved projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand what resources needed to execute the project and ensure availability.
• Responsible for planning the project construction process by producing critical path and understanding the timing of each stage.
• Responsible for the financial planning and monitoring of the project, continually forecasting, keeping the team informed of forecasts and changes and managing the scope meticulously.
• Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and consultants.
• Calculate the project risks pre project commencement and during project’s life cycle.
• Mitigate and manage risks accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent is desirable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum 10-12 years in a similar position with a reputable master real estate developer.
