Position Summary

Primarily responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining internal and customer-facing web applications using ASP.Net technologies. You will work with a small team of developers to deliver awesome technology solutions for our client base.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of various ASP.Net websites, both for internal users and our customers.
• Integration of web site elements with a large, well-established back-end data store
• Directing or performing Website updates.
• Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
• Identifying problems uncovered by client feedback and testing and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
• Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
• Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
  
  

Skills & Experience

Three or more years of real-world experience developing and maintaining production-quality software. Domain experience in field service an asset.

• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, ASP.Net Web Forms and MVC frameworks
• Exposure to the DevExpress component suite strongly desired
• Experience in implementing responsive web design with the technologies noted
• Experience in developing and using TSQL for Microsoft SQL Server
• Implementing third-party API’s (RESTful / JSON) for integration into our solutions
• Good habits working in Azure DevOps
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent English; Written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills
• Good analytical skills
• High level of competency, focus on results and providing solutions
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Meet deadlines in a busy environment
