In this role, you will support both visual and logical design, collaborating with senior designers and a variety of stakeholders, including trading-platform product designers, to ensure designs are aligned with business and marketing goals. You'll need to be eager to learn modern design trends, using the latest tools and technologies while continually exploring and integrating AI to enhance your design workflows.

Collaborative Web Design: assist in creating clean, engaging designs that align with our brand while ensuring a cohesive, user-centered experience across the site. From visual design to logic, you will help craft intuitive and functional solutions that align with marketing goals and user needs.

User Research Support: Participate in user research initiatives to validate design assumptions, test microcopy, and help refine designs based on real user feedback to ensure the final product meets user expectations.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior designers, trading-platform product designers, and other stakeholders to understand feature requirements and integrate insights, ensuring your designs meet cross-functional standards.

Leverage AI Tools & Stay on the Cutting Edge: Leverage UI-focused AI tools (e.g., automated prototyping, AI-driven asset generation) to speed up your workflow, generate design variations, and learn to enhance the design process for faster iteration.

UI & Web Design Talent: You have a solid foundation in both the visual and logical aspects of web design, capable of delivering designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

AI Enthusiast: You have a curiosity and willingness to learn how to leverage AI tools to optimize your design process and explore new creative possibilities.

Strong Communicator & Learner: You have strong communication skills, able to articulate your design decisions clearly while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You are open to feedback and driven by data, ensuring your designs are rooted in user insights.

Passionate about Design: You’re constantly learning, experimenting, and keeping up with the latest trends in web design, ensuring you’re always growing your skills within the industry.

Emerging Designer: With foundational hands-on experience in web and UI design (through internships or junior roles), you have a portfolio showing potential, creativity, and attention to detail.

Additional Information… 1-3 years of UX/UI design experience (internships included)

A portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, understanding of UI principles, and ability to solve problems visually

Experience designing for responsive web environments

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Additional kudos if you… Experience with motion design tools like Cinema 4D or After Effects to enhance UI animations

A track record of having contributed to live websites or shipping digital products

Familiarity with design systems and best practices for using scalable, reusable components

Experience in the financial technology space or designing complex, data-heavy platforms
