What you'll do:

  • Coordinate end-to-end global travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries for senior executives.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expenses accurately using Workday Expense or similar systems, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage invoice processing by reviewing documentation thoroughly and securing necessary approvals for payment while maintaining meticulous records.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders by exercising discretion and sound judgement in all communications.
  • Support meetings and events through agenda preparation, materials compilation, logistics coordination, and follow-up actions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Compile presentations, reports, and correspondence ahead of meetings so executives are fully prepared for discussions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of highly sensitive information while handling matters with professionalism and integrity at all times.
