About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic and operational initiatives across the life sciences value chain. This role focuses on end-to-end programme delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of projects across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities
  • Develop project roadmaps, including prioritisation, timelines, and resource planning
  • Establish governance frameworks and support effective decision-making with stakeholders
  • Plan and execute projects covering scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery meets quality and compliance requirements
  • Track project performance, including ROI and benefits realisation
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation across teams
  • Drive process improvement initiatives (e.g., automation, standardisation, continuous improvement)
  • Support end-to-end operational processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) or similar workflows
  • Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Around 7 years of relevant project or programme management experience
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or similar industries)
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes (e.g., supply chain, inventory, demand planning, or equivalent)
  • Experience managing project budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar platforms)
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred
  • Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent process improvement experience preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
