What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with Product, Program Management, and Development teams to plan release cycles
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Track and communicate KPIs and team metrics across the organization
• Foster a trusting environment for team collaboration and self-organization
• Provide transparent internal and external communication through visible tracking deliverables
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
• At least two years of experience in an agile software engineering environment
• Proven experience conducting daily scrum meetings and collaborating with global teams
• Excellent communication, mentoring, planning, and leadership skills
• Compliance with background checks, drug screenings, and company vaccination policy
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field
• Experience in using creative techniques to optimize team engagement and participation
• Familiarity with medical device development processes
