What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate core Agile events and maintain clarity around sprint goals for multiple development teams
• Drive the resolution of impediments and manage cross-team dependencies
• Coach Product Owners and technical leads on backlog prioritization and readiness
• Implement small improvement experiments each sprint and follow through to ensure closure
• Foster an inclusive team environment that encourages participation and psychological safety
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in Agile facilitation
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with multiple concurrent development teams
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with VersionOne or comparable Agile tool for tracking and reporting
• Strong capability to maintain purposeful and engaging Agile ceremonies
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• CSM, PSM, or A-CSM certifications (higher certifications welcome but not required)
• Experience with informal scaling practices, such as Scrum of Scrums
• Basic understanding of CI/CD flow and flow visuals like cycle time scatter
