What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide effective leadership as a Scrum Master for multiple development scrum teams using SAFe Agile processes
• Conduct scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions
• Guide scrum teams on communication and self-organization while shielding them from distractions
• Prepare reports and present findings to all levels of management
• Facilitate PI planning meetings with stakeholders and scrum teams to groom backlog and refine features
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Certified Scrum Master Professional (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading agile scrum teams in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years of experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• 5+ years of IT work experience as an application developer, business analyst, or project manager
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering; or an Engineering degree from an accredited institution
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PMP ACP
• Working experience with agile management and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Atlassian collaboration tools (eazyBI reports)
