What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration
• Track sprint metrics and velocity to assess team performance
• Remove impediments to promote team efficiency and productivity
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Agile delivery processes
• Coordinate communications among stakeholders to ensure alignment with program priorities
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 7 years supporting Agile teams
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps Boards
• Understanding of DevSecOps environments
• Must possess relevant certifications such as CSM or PSM
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Additional certifications in Agile methodologies or project management
• Experience working in a Federal Government environment
• Familiarity with advanced Agile frameworks and practices
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in Agile settings
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills in diverse team settings
