Main Purpose

The Project Manager is accountable for lead main Projects & Capital Plan and the preparation of the SMP(Site Master Plan) to guarantee the plant normal and safe operation and growth through an efficient management of the resources, high deliverables quality, local and global engineering standards, management all the project documentations and requirement and comply with all the internal and external laws and regulations, safety, health and environmental standards, as well as cost management.

Your mission Will be to

• Support the site by achieving goals, assure the outcomes of the area and by aligning capital projects with the Site strategy and outcomes. Actively leverage best practices across the business with other sites. Drive and incorporate the benefits of a World Class Organization into the plant's culture. Comply with all internal and external laws & regulations, safety, health and environmental standards
• Actively seek for optimizations regarding SMP internal process, together with the areas and define the need for the plant and challenge the scope to maximize resources usage. Manage the planning, execution and control of capital plan in order to maintain and improve the financial excellence and competitiveness of the site by defining together with other functions ,annual priorities, schedules and detailed Capital Plan, Performs the feasibility analysis, scope definition, work schedule from the initial phase until its execution and delivery, risk analysis, engineering standards, cost management, commissioning and closure.
• Management investment projects. Definition of project goals and timeframe with business owner. Development of the project execution strategy Coordination of all team members throughout all project phases. Representation of overall project towards Steering Committee and Stakeholders. Responsibility for delivery of the overall project goals regarding safety, quality, cost and schedule
• Provide leadership, managing and coaching to Project Engineers, contractors and engineering companies to ensure benchmark in project performance measured though project KPIs. Develop service specification standards and scope, carry out technical approval, services contracts renewal and improvement, Bidding process accomplishment and suppliers development, Administrative management, Control of deviations and formal complaints action plan.
• Work Together with Maintenance, reliability and Integrity department to reach high standard of assets care, support maintenance strategy, create technical standards and management all the documentation and requirement of the project,
• Focus on reliability for design (RFD) according to Asset Care strategy
• Active Participation in all LEAN related activities that may impact his daily role to support the Production System effectiveness
• Internal communications, standardization of processes, by actively networking with global and regional engineering teams
• Support PHA analysis and Hazard Reviews, Audits (Internal and External), Maintenance Shut down, Manufacturing improvements, to maintain and develop the installations and process.
  
  

Unlock your Potencial

• B.S. in Engineering or others degrees
• At least 4 to 10 years’ experience in Project Management
• Postgraduate in Project Management and/or PMP certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of legal requirement as well as safety standards and obligations.
• Strong willingness and ability to deliver results, with a good sense on priorities
• Leadership, management and communication skills
• Outsourcing & Contract Management
