Job Summary

We are seeking a Partnership & Vendor Management Support Officer to support the Partnership and Vendor Management Lead in managing relationships with vendors, system integrators, technology partners, and service providers supporting platform delivery and operations. The role will help ensure vendors deliver according to contractual commitments, operational standards, and agreed business outcomes, while supporting vendor governance, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams including product, architecture, procurement, legal, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the vendor governance framework, including KPIs, review forums, and escalation processes.
• Track vendor performance against contractual milestones, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Assist in managing relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, hyperscalers, and service providers.
• Coordinate with procurement and legal teams on contract interpretation, renewals, and change requests.
• Support cross-vendor coordination, issue resolution, and risk tracking.
• Participate in vendor performance reviews, service improvement plans, and governance reporting.
• Assist in onboarding new technology partners and vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, partner management, procurement support, or program governance roles.
• Experience working with technology vendors, system integrators, hyperscalers, or managed service providers.
• Understanding of technology delivery contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Exposure to digital transformation, platform, or cloud-based programs is preferred.
• Experience in Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint
