IT Network Operation Support Engineer

The IT Network Operation Support Engineer is responsible for supporting enterprise and service provider IP/MPLS network infrastructure. The role involves 24x7 operational support, troubleshooting, change implementation, automation support, and multi-vendor platform management to ensure high availability and performance of the IT network.

Key Responsibilitie

sNetwork Operations & Monitorin

• gParticipate in 24x7 operational support including on-call rotation
• .Monitor network health using NMS tools and analyze alarms, logs, and performance metrics
• .Track link utilization and traffic trends and generate operational reports
• .Provide operational support across all network platforms including multi-vendor environments

.Incident Management & Troubleshootin

• gTroubleshoot network incidents across IP/MPLS and enterprise network infrastructure
• .Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendor TAC teams
• .Support legacy systems and transitional environments
• .Provide onsite support for hardware troubleshooting and recovery

.Configuration & Change Managemen

• tImplement configuration changes and software upgrades following change management procedures
• .Execute service requests and change requests
• .Prepare and validate Method of Procedure (MOP) for network changes
• .Participate in CAB reviews and post-change evaluations
• .Validate network functionality before and after changes

.Multi-Vendor Platform Suppor

• tSupport networking platforms including Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper
• .Provide operational support for load balancers such as F5, Brocade, and Array
• .Maintain operational support for devices across enterprise and core network environments

.Migration & Implementatio

• nSupport complex network migrations and platform transitions
• .Assist in link expansion, shifting, and dual-homing activities
• .Participate in design analysis and implementation of new requirements

.Documentation & Reportin
