To provide top-level subject matter expertise on critical steam and gas turbines, lead and manage strategic projects, overseeing all aspects of operational, financial, customer, and employee strategy throughout the project's lifecycle. Key Accountabilities :

• Responsible for the P&L, budget, and commercial oversight of projects, including managing cash flow, collections, and delivering budgets aligned with forecasts and expectations.
• Perform Collaborate on the techno-commercial aspects of strategic projects, ensuring technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and commercial viability across the project lifecycle.
• Lead the planning, execution, and quality control of machining and maintenance activities for all rotating equipment, optimizing processes for efficiency and performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, with a strong focus on managing operations in line with safety regulations and company safety rules.
• Drive project processes and procedures to achieve high-quality, first-time delivery while meeting customer satisfaction goals
• Take up Lead Field Service Engineer duties to support Gas Turbine (GT), Steam Turbine (ST), and Generator job activities. This includes planning and coordinating maintenance activities, overseeing documentation processes, and leading troubleshooting efforts.
• Provide technical expertise and assistance for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) units as required. This includes offering specialized knowledge on the design, operation, and troubleshooting of MHI equipment to ensure smooth functioning and addressing technical challenges promptly.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

• Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree/Diploma holder in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum Experience: minimum 7 years of experience in field engineering, power generation in outage operations, with full knowledge of Siemens V94.3 or Ansaldo Technology
