This is a remote where you will collaborate closely with Project & Account Managers and the Resource Manager, supporting both project delivery and recruitment processes.

PROJECT
You will be part of a fast-paced, people-focused project environment where collaboration, continuous improvement, and high team morale are key priorities. Projects span various domains, offering opportunities to work with Agile methodologies, modern collaboration platforms, and AI-powered process optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Project & Account Managers and the Resource Manager to ensure efficient project delivery and high-performing teams
- Support project life cycle activities including kick-off, closure, and handover
- Drive people-focused initiatives: monitor team morale, conduct face-to-face meetings, coach team members on people-related topics, contribute to performance reviews, and support career roadmaps
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling and conducting interviews
- Develop and maintain project documentation: status reports, schedules, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Prepare presentations and document decisions and actions
- Participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of project management best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize processes
- Experience in people management activities, including recruitment and team development
- Team-player attitude with a proactive and positive approach
- Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
- Upper-Intermediate English
WILL BE A PLUS
- German language skills
- Some experience or knowledge as a Scrum Master
