LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Drive Test Engineer to join our business:

Job responsibilities:

• Perform Single Site Verification drive test.
• Perform Cluster level drive test.
• Perform Benchmark drive test.
• Perform Indoor walk test.
• Prepare test plan for different scenarios.
• Site engineering parameters preparation and update.
• Take part in troubleshooting of RAN quality issues.
• Perform analysis of collected logs and prepare reports.
• Responsible for the project success and customer satisfaction ensuring during the project delivery process.

Main requirements:

• Good knowledges of radio theory and antennas characteristics.
• Basic knowledges of GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR network structure.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good at with Excel/VBA/Access database.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain complex analysis results to non-technical personnel.
• Strong curiosity and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new business requirements.
• Excellent time management skills, able to balance multiple projects and tasks.
• Good team collaboration spirit, able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Upper-intermediate/advanced English.
• Readiness for business trips.
