Data Analyst - Client: HVAC Services

Compensation: $7.00 / hour

• Run and manage reports on sales, labor, and material costs


• Create visual data representations and charts


• Analyze gross margin and key business metrics


• Generate comprehensive business reports


• Build and analyze Google Form surveys

• Organize financial data and spreadsheets


• Track and report on key business metrics


• Support basic financial analysis


• Maintain organized data structures


• Create visual representations of financial data

• Manage and track projects in Trello


• Handle email communications


• Coordinate calendar management


• Support internal team communication via Telegram


• Follow up on ongoing projects

• Work with ServiceTitan CRM


• Utilize Excel and Google Sheets


• Manage Google Forms and surveys


• Coordinate through Outlook


• Support AI tools implementation

• 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting


• Proven experience with Excel and Google Sheets


• Background in business metrics tracking


• Experience with CRM systems


• Understanding of basic financial analysis
