Artificial Intelligence Engineer

I’m working with a well-funded startup building AI agents for complex financial workflows, and we’re looking for AI Engineers who want to work close to real product and real users.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on building intelligent, agent-driven systems end-to-end. You’ll be:

• Designing and shaping agent behaviour and orchestration
• Working with and fine-tuning LLMs
• Building evaluation loops to improve agent performance
• Developing systems used in live financial environments

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI — ideal for someone interested in how LLMs and agents actually perform in real-world scenarios, not just in theory.
