Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, CLT model and salary range is 13k-18k BRL/mo.

Must-Haves:

• 2-5 years of experience in a data engineering/ analyst role
• Experience with Python (ETL, transformations)
• PySpark specifically (via Databricks)
• Familiarity with pandas‑style transformations
• Experience with SQL for database querying and management
• Experience with Tableau
• Strong visual storytelling
• Ability to innovate and make dashboards genuinely usable

Nice-To-Haves:

• Experience working with Databricks

Day to day:

A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a data analyst to join their team remotely in the LATAM region. This person will be responsible for partnering directly with business stakeholders to define KPIs, gather requirements, and deliver end to end data solutions. This person's main focus will be on enabling the business through clean data, strong analytics, and exceptional visualization. This person will not be maintaining existing pipelines, but building new ones to support the client's strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities listed below:

• Partner 1:1 with business stakeholders to:
• Understand goals and initiatives
• Define KPIs and success metrics
• Perform end‑to‑end data work:
• Identify and validate data sources
• Transform data to align with business goals
• Build net‑new ETL pipelines as needed
• Develop dashboards and reporting in Tableau that:
• Tell a clear story
• Are visually polished and intuitive
• Are suitable for senior leadership consumption
• Create presentations and insights that support executive decision‑making
• Operate in a project‑based environment with ownership from intake to delivery
