This is a full-time remote position for an On-Chain Perps Execution Trader. The role involves actively managing and executing perpetual swaps on various decentralized platforms, monitoring market trends, implementing trading strategies, and analyzing price movements. The trader will also collaborate with the research team to optimize performance, ensure transaction accuracy, and manage risk effectively. This role requires staying updated on blockchain protocols and developments to drive strategic trading decisions.

• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain protocols
• Proficiency in executing trades and strategies related to perpetual swaps on on-chain platforms
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor and interpret market trends and data
• Experience with risk management and trading methodologies
• Familiarity with trading platforms and tools, as well as key performance metrics within DeFi ecosystems
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working remotely with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a commitment to continuous learning
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Previous experience as a trader in cryptocurrency or similar financial markets is a plus
