Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects for our Australia-based engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to manage large, cross‑functional teams and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Drive effective communication across project teams, clients, and senior leadership
• Track project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Manage vendors and third‑party partners where applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience in Project Management
• Strong expertise in project planning and execution
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, including senior client stakeholders
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory)
• Experience working on medium to large-scale enterprise projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

Domain Experience

• Background in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceuticals
• Experience managing Salesforce or eCommerce projects (highly desirable)
