Requirements:

—Minimum 3–4 years in AML, financial crime compliance, quality assurance, or audit.

—Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.

—Strong understanding of AML regulations, sanctions screening, and financial crime typologies.

—High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proficiency in English (written and verbal).

—Professional certifications like CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are a significant advantage.

—Willingness to work on-site in Vienna

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Case Review: Review AML investigations for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulations. Document findings and identify gaps or inconsistencies.

Monitoring & Reporting: Perform regular audits, track quality metrics, and prepare reports for leadership to highlight risk areas.

Root Cause Analysis & Coaching: Identify the "why" behind errors and provide constructive feedback/coaching to analysts to improve their performance.

Training & Knowledge Management: Develop and deliver training sessions to keep the team updated on new procedures or regulatory changes.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in "calibration sessions" with internal teams and clients to ensure everyone is aligned on investigation standards.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest ways to improve the AML framework and operational workflows.

For this position, a minimum monthly salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Employees in Information and Consulting is foreseen. Overpayment in line with market standards, depending on your qualifications and professional experience, is intended.
