WiseHosting helps Minecraft players around the world play together with friends. It was created by Shulkercraft (2.4M subscribers), one of the biggest Minecraft YouTube channels in the world. WiseHosting’s mission is to help people have fun by making playing together simple and accessible for every player worldwide, regardless of skill level.

Product Manager, we want you on our team

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager based in Tartu, with flexibility for remote work. We are looking for a Product Manager to help bring clear focus, metrics, and rhythm to WiseHosting’s product development: what we build, why we build it, how we measure impact, and how we make decisions.

The main goals of this role are:

• Growing retention and our North Star metric, Monthly Active Servers (the more servers are truly active, the better)
• Happy customers: increasing customer satisfaction (improving the experience, delivering more value, etc.)

Who is this role really for?

This role is not for someone looking for a calm and predictable environment where all processes are already in place, all the answers are known, and the pace is steady.

At WiseHosting, we do not “play product management.” We are not looking for someone who simply manages a backlog, writes tickets, or runs meetings. We are looking for someone who helps us make better decisions for real: what to build, why it matters, how it affects the user, and how it grows the business.

The work here is never really “done.” We are building a company and a product that are constantly evolving. That means this role suits people who enjoy an infinite game: people who do not need the feeling that everything is under control, but are motivated by the fact that there is always something that can be improved.

Our team is ambitious, demanding, and highly action-oriented. Here, actions matter more than titles. The best fit is someone who takes initiative, moves fast, learns quickly, and does not wait around for someone to tell them exactly what to do.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Own the server hosting experience end to end: represent user needs, shape long-term strategy, and build the roadmap.
• Dive deep into metrics and user behavior to understand where the biggest-impact opportunities are.
• Turn insights into clear product direction and decisions: prioritize effectively and ensure outcomes that create value for players and impact for the business.
• Lead experimentation, including forming hypotheses, measuring results, and executing tests.
• Work closely with growth, development, customer support, and design teams.
• Create and maintain shared clarity around priorities so teams stay aligned and delivery moves forward steadily.
• Keep growing in the role: learn directly through problems and stay up to date with trends and practices relevant to your work, such as experimentation, product analytics, AI, and more.

What we expect from the candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or very strong relevant experience in a growth, ops, or analytics role where you truly got things done).
• Proven experience launching successful, engaging, and user-centered features.
• You are flexible and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• You are highly data-driven: you make decisions based on analytics, behavior, and feedback.
• You can lead cross-functional collaboration across design, development, support, and marketing.
• You are scrappy and resourceful: you are not afraid to get your hands dirty, digging into data, reading support tickets, testing flows, etc.
• You are a systems thinker: proactive, structured, and long-term oriented. You don't react to every new “fire” every week.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with technical products (hosting, infrastructure, dev tools) or gaming products
• Minecraft experience (servers, modpacks/plugins) or a strong willingness to learn it quickly
