About the role:

As an International Trainee you will have the key responsibility for driving AI integration and usage increase in Baltic Retail Bank across all units by:

• identifying possible AI use cases
• initiating workshops and think tanks for AI use cases
• connecting business and technology to enable such use cases
• Co-ordinate implementation of AI use cases
  
  

You will be part of Baltic Customer Growth & Sales Automation sub area delivering higher customer value, better clarity, and efficiency as well help us deliver the next phase of business growth in close collaboration with all Baltic retail sales units

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience & knowledge in AI and in financial industry.
• Excellent digital literacy.
• Stakeholders & project management experience.
• Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information.
• Great communication and collaboration skills and fluency in English.
• Pro-active personality with positive attitude.
• Last year on master studies in computer science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Not more than 3 years of working experience.
