  • Draft and manage contracts for larger e-commerce clients and corporate customers. Provide corporate legal support for new ventures, structures, and ongoing client relationships.
  • Manage global company incorporations, liaising with local incorporators and acting as a master agent to secure the best incorporation terms and rates.
  • Maintain oversight of global entity management and compliance documentation. Ensure all legal policies, structures, and documents comply with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Possess a basic understanding of international taxation and corporate structuring for holding entities.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Law or related field.
  • Strong background in financial regulation, fintech, and licensing processes.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, or regulatory consultancy.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting, corporate structuring, and global incorporation management.
  • Familiarity with international taxation principles is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2+).
  • Strategic, business-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple international projects independently.
