To support our growth, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Payments to join our team and contribute to high-impact projects across Private & Retail Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, and other key sectors. The Senior Business Analyst - Payments will play a critical role in enhancing the customer payment experience by contributing to the design, optimisation, and lifecycle management of payment products and services.

Your Role

Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will help improve the customer journey and deliver strategic enhancements across the payments domain by:

• Designing and optimising payment products, services and processes to maximise customer and business value
• Using data analyses, interviews and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and validate decisions
• Defining customer journey strategies and ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk and compliance requirements
• Developing a strong end-to-end understanding of products, channels and customer processes
• Monitoring customer satisfaction, service quality, costs/revenues and driving continuous improvement
• Supporting incident and complaint resolution when required
• Introducing new techniques and standards to enhance products, processes and distribution practices
• Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple segments and contributing to knowledge sharing internally and externally

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field
• Proven track record contributing to or managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of banking processes, customer journeys, and digital channel
• Customer-focused, able to anticipate needs and deliver improvements
• Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Curious, proactive, and able to quickly master end-to-end product and operational processes
• Specific experience/ knowledge in Payments (SEPA, cards, instant payments, clearing, processing, etc.) is considered a major asset
• Full professional proficiency in French and English
