The Role

We are looking for a Python Developer (mid to senior level) to join engineering teams working on AI-driven and data-intensive applications.

You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of modern backend systems and cloud-native solutions.

Typical Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python
• Work with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Build AI/ML-driven applications (e.g., NLP, image recognition)
• Design and implement data models and predictive systems
• Develop and deploy microservices architectures
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Improve testing frameworks (unit & integration testing)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
• Exposure to AI / Machine Learning projects
• Experience with data modelling
• Background in consulting or multi-project environments

Candidate Profile

• Background in software engineering, backend development, or data platforms
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and teams
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Interested in modern engineering practices and continuous learning

Location & Requirements

• Based in the Netherlands (hybrid working)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
