Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to integrate our teams into a strategic project focused on the modernization of a core automotive inspection platform. This initiative involves the design and evolution of a modern microservices-based architecture, with a strong emphasis on system integrations, real-time processing, scalability, and resilience.

You will play an active role in technical decision-making, architectural discussions, and technical guidance, contributing to the development of a robust and future-proof platform.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core / .NET 6+;
• Contribute to the definition, evolution, and governance of a microservices and distributed systems architecture;
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs;
• Integrate with multiple internal and external systems, ensuring reliability and consistency;
• Ensure high levels of performance, scalability, and resilience across services;
• Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams;
• Promote and apply best practices such as Clean Code, SOLID principles, and automated testing;
• Act as a technical reference, providing mentoring and technical guidance to other team members.

What you are like:

• Academic training in Computer Engineering or similar;
• Highly proficient in .NET Core / .NET 6+ backend development;
• Experienced in designing and working with distributed systems and microservices architectures;
• Comfortable building and consuming REST APIs;
• Proficient with SQL and/or NoSQL databases;
• Experienced with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows;
• Familiar with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure;
• Strong advocate of software engineering best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, testing);
• Valued experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus);
• Knowledge of caching strategies (e.g. Redis) and observability (logs, metrics);
• Comfortable working in complex, high-scale environments and making sound technical decisions.
