LEAN Engineer :
About The Job
- Apply Lean tools and project discipline to create a stronger and more valuable end-to-end process by eliminating waste, strengthening controls, enhancing quality, and reducing cost
- Coordination of Lean principles implementation, support for departments in the implementation of those principles, communicate with HQ
- Experimental work in production with new technological processes
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production and quality
- Assurance of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) effective functioning
About You
- At least 2 years of experience in leading production process projects with cross-functional teams
- University degree in Engineering is required
- Knowledge of Lean methodology tools and principles, successfully implementing lean principles and leading/facilitating Kaizen events - desirable
- Strong proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD/Solidworks)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different teams
- Good time management, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Responsible, precise, and systematic
- Capable of logical thinking and effective problem solving
- Own-initiative and independent
- Ready to take on new challenges
- Communicative and open-minded
- Business acumen in English and Slovenian
- Have the ability to coordinate project activities with a multitasking approach
- Have the joy and ability to work in a team
- Good Slovenian and English language skills, Chinese language skills are a plus.
