A leading cloud infrastructure company is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join their team in Zug. Focused on building scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms, they leverage modern cloud-native and Kubernetes-based infrastructure to support their systems.

Tech Stack: Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, GitOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes Operators), Container Platforms, Docker, Platform Engineering, Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd), Python, Go, Node.js, Redis, SQL, NoSQL Databases, Monitoring, Observability, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Cloud Security, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Kubernetes Engineer.

About the Role:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and operating Kubernetes-first infrastructure that supports high-availability and high-performance applications. You will work closely with software engineering teams to implement robust CI/CD pipelines, manage GitOps-driven deployments, and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across containerised environments.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience running and operating containerised workloads

Location: Zug, Switzerland / Remote

Salary: CHF 100'000 – CHF 130'000 + Bonus + Benefits
