Role Description:

Data Analyst for the Portfolio Management team, playing a key role in the analysis, processing, and reporting of data related to the project and initiative portfolio. The role involves using Clarity (PPM), Jira, and Power BI to support portfolio prioritization, governance, and decision‑making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting, validating, and consolidating data related to projects, ideas, and initiatives within the portfolio.
• Analyzing portfolio performance (costs, benefits, timelines, risks, resources).
• Using the Clarity application to extract and interpret portfolio data and KPIs.
• Developing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management and portfolio committees.
• Ensuring data quality and consistency used in decision‑making processes.
• Contributing to the improvement of project evaluation, scoring, and prioritization methodologies.
• Providing analytical support to business teams and PMO.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, PMO, project or portfolio management.
• Experience working with PPM tools (preferably Clarity).
• Experience working with Jira and Power BI.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, analysis, pivots).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Understanding of project and portfolio management concepts.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with portfolio governance processes.
• Data modeling knowledge in a portfolio management context.
• SQL knowledge or experience with other data analysis tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
