Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer – iGaming to bring our brand and campaigns to life through high-impact visuals across digital and offline channels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to create engaging, conversion-driven assets that enhance user experience and drive performance.

💼 What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
• Solid understanding of digital design principles, including social media, display, email, and landing page creatives.
• Strong skills in 2D motion graphics and short-form video creation.
• Ability to create visually engaging, conversion-focused assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with pixel-perfect execution across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Interest in and openness to using AI tools to enhance creative workflows and production efficiency.

• Nice to have:
• Experience in the iGaming or digital entertainment industry.
• Animation skills and knowledge of interactive design elements.
• Curiosity and proactivity in staying up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging formats.

📋 Your Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Execution

• Design high-impact creatives for social media, CRM, email campaigns, display ads, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while optimizing designs for performance and conversion.
• Adapt and scale designs across web, mobile, and platform environments.

Motion & Interactive Content

• Produce 2D motion graphics for campaigns, promotions, and branded content.
• Create short-form video and animated assets for digital channels.
• Contribute to the creation of interactive assets such as gamified widgets and engagement features.
• Collaboration & Campaign Support
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to support campaigns, launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Translate business and campaign objectives into visually compelling creative solutions.

Innovation & Optimization

• Explore and integrate new tools, including AI, to improve creative workflows and efficiency.
• Stay up to date with design trends, formats, and technologies to continuously elevate creative output.
