About The Role

This is a builder role. You’ll spend most of your time turning ideas into working systems — not slides — and enabling teams across the company to move faster with AI.

You will work closely with marketing, e-commerce, customer experience, and data teams to identify opportunities and ship solutions with measurable impact.

What You’ll Work On

• AI workflows that automate and scale campaign creation across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Systems for generating, testing, and optimizing content at scale
• Data + AI pipelines that extract insights from customer behavior and drive decisions
• Tools that allow non-technical teams to leverage AI safely and effectively
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Design and build AI-powered applications and workflows end-to-end
• Integrate LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude) into production systems
• Build APIs and connect systems across our tech stack
• Write clean, production-quality code (primarily Python + JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Deploy and manage applications using modern cloud and CI/CD practices
• Evaluate new AI tools and bring relevant capabilities into the company
• Help teams adopt AI by building tools, not just giving recommendations
  
  

Who are you?

We're looking for

• Experience building real, production-grade systems (AI or software)
• Strong hands-on coding skills (Python + modern web stack)
• Practical experience working with LLMs and AI workflows
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system design
• Ability to go from ambiguous problem → working solution quickly
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
  
  

It's a plus if you have

• Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or growth-focused environments
• Familiarity with tools like Meta, Google, TikTok, Emarsys, Voyado, Snowflake, Litium
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, or evaluation of AI systems
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions in production
