Our Development & Engineering sector is home to a diverse team of ~14,000 professionals across disciplines such as physics, mechatronics, software, electronics, mechanics, and data science. This role is situated within the Electrical Development division.


Job Mission

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with employees and leaders to deliver high-quality HR expertise and strategic guidance.

You will:

  • Serve as the HR Business Partner for one or more departments or business areas, typically advising at department leadership levels.
  • Operate within clearly defined principles while customizing solutions to unique business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR expertise teams and global project teams to ensure policies and initiatives are effectively implemented.
  • Translate global HR&O priorities into actionable plans for your departments.
  • Support leaders in building high-performing teams and developing strong leadership capabilities.
  • Act as a connector between the business, employees, and the HR organization.
  • Represent business needs in global HR projects and processes.


Job Description

In this exciting role, you will shape people strategy and partner with leaders across four dimensions:

1. Strategic Partner

  • Co-own objective setting for your business areas and drive key people initiatives.
  • Shape and execute workforce plans and organizational development projects.
  • Guide leaders in organizational design, team effectiveness, and change management.
  • Provide thought leadership on performance, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Advise on business challenges with a clear understanding of strategy, culture, and values.

2. Employee Champion

  • Coach and mentor managers and employees on performance, growth, and wellbeing.
  • Foster a culture where employees thrive, feel safe, and are included.
  • Promote inclusion & diversity, ethics, and integrity in all people decisions.
  • Maintain constructive relations with employee representative bodies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor supporting employee engagement, health, and success.

3. Change Agent

  • Support and drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, team sessions, and leadership interventions.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create tailored learning solutions.
  • Play an active role in embedding core organizational values: Challenge, Collaborate, Care.

4. Operational Expert

  • Execute key elements of the yearly HR cycle with accuracy and consistency.
  • Support managers in case management, employee relations, and policy application.
  • Work closely with HR expertise functions, including People Operations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Health Services.
  • Provide insightful HR data analysis to support evidence-based decisions.
  • Ensure HR processes, governance, and policies are clearly understood and applied.


Education and Experience

We are looking for a senior HR professional with:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience with proven impact as a business partner.
  • Strong experience in performance management, people development, leadership coaching, and organizational change.
  • Track record in implementing HR processes and advising leaders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage complexity, navigate sensitive situations, and tailor solutions.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
