We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the employee lifecycle and HR operations within their scope, manages their own set of accounts, solves problems proactively, and wants to build how HR works in a dynamic environment.
What does it look like in the People & Culture team?
You will be part of a dynamic team where you will be involved in all core HR processes.
This is a hands-on role where you will work across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee support, performance management, and HR administration.
You will be responsible for a defined group of employees, acting as their main point of contact for HR-related topics and ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
At the same time, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of HR and gradually take on more responsibility in improving processes and contributing to HR projects.
Your Future Mission
In this role, you will be responsible for HR operations and the employee lifecycle within your scope.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
- Preparing and maintaining employee contracts and HR documentation
- Keeping employee data accurate and up to date in HR systems
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee questions
- Supporting performance management processes and feedback cycles
- Assisting with payroll preparation and coordination
- Supporting employee engagement activities
- Managing offboarding processes
- Ensuring HR policies are followed and compliant with Dutch regulations
Beyond these responsibilities, you are expected to:
- identify where processes can be improved
- take initiative to simplify and optimize workflows
- contribute to HR projects such as performance management, development, and system improvements
You will also actively use AI tools in your daily work and contribute to building a more AI-native employee experience, improving how we automate processes, access information, and support employees more effectively.
You will have the opportunity to take on developmental and project-based tasks based on your interests and strengths.
Who are you?
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant work experience, internships included.
Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
