The Opportunity
As a Junior Project Coordinator within Network Control, you will play a key role in supporting our delivery teams while gaining hands-on experience in both technical and project management disciplines. Your contributions will directly strengthen our ability to deliver high‑quality system solutions to customers around the world.
You will be part of a dedicated and collaborative delivery team within Network Control. Together with the Technical Lead, engineers, application specialists, and R&D representatives, you will learn the technical scope of our solutions—especially our core product, Network Manager.
In this supportive environment, you will gain insights into how our systems are built, tested, integrated, and delivered to customers. You will be encouraged to ask questions, explore new areas, and continuously broaden your technical and operational understanding.

As a Junior Project Coordinator within Network Control, you will play a key role in supporting our delivery teams while gaining hands-on experience in both technical and project management disciplines. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Build a strong understanding of our system delivery model and how different technical areas—such as Tech Lead, system integration, engineering, and application development—work together.
- Support assigned Project Managers with typical PM tasks and develop your skills in planning, monitoring, and coordinating project activities.
- Help track project schedules, follow up on milestones, and ensure that customer needs and priorities are continuously reflected.
- Contribute to project communication and reporting, including KPIs such as revenue, invoicing plans, milestone tracking, and cost of poor quality.
- Develop a fundamental understanding of project financials, including cost planning and risk portfolio management.
- Collaborate with Quality and Supply Management to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high delivery performance.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field.
- Required with +2 years working experience in project management, coordination, or technical fields.
- As a person, you are curious, structured and motivated by learning with both technical and project‑oriented environments.
- Great ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You work easily independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work under pressure efficiently, open-minded, positive, and persistent.
- PMP certificate is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills English, Swedish is a plus.
